Noah Pozner, 6, was “smart as a whip,” gentle but with a rambunctious streak, said his uncle, Alexis Haller.

The FBI has arrested a Bronx woman in connection with a fundraising scam related to the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

Nouel Alba, 37, was arrested Thursday and charged with lying to the FBI, NBC News reports.

NBC reported that within an hour of the shooting, Alba allegedly posted to Facebook claiming to be the aunt of six-year-old victim Noah Pozner.  Alba asked for donations to help pay for Noah’s funeral.

The Pozner family said Alba is not at all related to them, and never donated any of the funds raised

Alexis Haller, the uncle of Noah Pozner, went to Alba’s house to ask her about the solicitation of funds.  Alba denied posting the message, claiming someone else had, and said she refunded the money.

If convicted Alba could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
